Culinary arts

The ProStart program is a culinary arts high school program developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, aimed at preparing students for successful employment in the restaurant industry. In West Virginia, students can participate in the ProStart program to develop essential skills and earn industry certifications.
