

Gina Cummings Memorial Scholarship- Deadline extended to May 1, 2026
On Tuesday, April 28, Tenth grade students will take the PSAT test. All other LCHS students will be learn remotely via Schoology. Teachers will have assignments posted for them on that day. Again, only sophomores will report to LCHS on Tuesday April 28 for testing. Thank you and have a good night!

New Scholarship-Shawn Stewart & Shawn Tucker Memorial Scholarship Program-
The Shawn Stewart and Shawn Tucker Memorial Scholarship Program was developed to honor the lives of Shawn Tucker, P.E., and Shawn Stewart, P.E, who were both employed as Civil Engineers by Chapman Technical Group of St. Albans and Buckhannon, West Virginia.
The Scholarship Program is designed to provide financial assistance to West Virginia students who demonstrate financial need in the pursuit of a career in the aviation industry at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.
The Shawn Stewart and Shawn Tucker Memorial Scholarship Program is sponsored by the West Virginia Airport Managers Association (WVAMA).
Scholarship application and required documents must be emailed to secretary@wvama.org by April 30th.
Applications will be evaluated by the WVAMA Scholarship Committee, and recipients will be notified in June.
